Apply In-Person:

  1. To apply to increase electricity loads, applicant has to visit the technical affairs department at Ministry of Municipality and Environment (MME) office.

  3. Obtain the application form from the respective officer at MME office.
  4. Now complete the form with necessary information and make sure you have all the documents in hand that are listed under the “Required Documents” section of this page.
  5. After filling the form, attach the documents mentioned in the required documents section below with the completed application form.
  6. Check the application form and then submit it to the respective officer in the technical affairs department in the MME office. The address is mentioned in the office locations & contacts section below.
  7. Now the authorities will verify your application and validate the submitted documents.
  8. After verification process, electricity load will be increased.



Apply Online

  1. To apply to increase electricity loads through online, visit the following link: Online portal
  2. After visiting website, please click on “BP System Application” option at the beginning of the main menu.
  3. If you already have an account, please enter your user name, password and verification code then click on “login” button.
  4. If you don’t have an account, please visit the nearest MME office and create your new username and password.
  5. After successful login, please select the appropriate service. Now complete the form with necessary information then you can upload the required documents mentioned in the required documents section below then click on applicable button.
  6. Once you complete this, you will be redirected to a screen in which you can review your information.
  7. After reviewing your information, click on applicable option to submit your application.
  8. Now the authorities will verify your application and validate the submitted documents.
  9. After verification process, electricity load will be increased.
