Procedure

This service allows a person with disability under 18 years of age, who is proven by a competent medical authority of his disability, and doesn’t have a capable breadwinner, or no enough income to live, to apply for a social security pension at the Ministry of Administrative Development, Labor and Social Affairs (MADLSA).

Apply In-Person

1. The applicant for the Social Security Pension for a Persons With Disability, has to make an application in person to the Ministry of Administrative Development, Labor and Social Affairs (MADLSA). This can be done by visiting the MADLSA (offices) to complete the Application for Social Security Pension of Disabled form.
2. The form can be obtained from the MADLSA Qatar offices or downloaded from the MADLSA Website, through the following link: link
3. Fill in the required information correctly .
4. The completed form is to be submitted to the licensing authorities along with the required documents. A list of the required documents is mentioned in the “Required Documents” section of this page.
5. Now the authorities will verify your application and validate the submitted documents.
6. After verification process, the applicant will be later requested to collect a new Social Security pensioner’s card on a specified date.

Note:

• The applicant should be residing permanently in the country in the time of application to qualify for the pension.
