Procedure

Apply In-Person:

1. To apply for short term lease of public land, applicant has to visit the state properties department at Ministry of Municipality and Environment (MME) office.

3. Obtain the application form from the respective officer at Ministry of Municipality and Environment (MME) office.
4. Now complete the form with necessary information and make sure you have all the documents in hand that are listed under the “Required Documents” section of this page.
5. After filling the form, attach the documents mentioned in the required documents section below with the completed application form.
6. Check the application form and then submit it to the contracts section in the state properties department in the MME office. The address is mentioned in the office locations & contacts section below.
7. Now the authorities will verify your application and validate the submitted documents.
8. After verification process, short term lease of public land will be approved.
