Apply In-Person:

  1. To apply for QDB Ithmar (Seed Funding) Program, applicant has to visit the Qatar Development Bank office.
  2. For Qatar Development Bank (QDB) office contact click here: Contact link
  3. Obtain the application form from the respective officer at QDB office.
  4. Now complete the form with necessary information and make sure you have all the documents in hand that are listed under the “Required Documents” section of this page.
  5. After filling the form, attach the documents mentioned in the required documents section below with the completed application form.
  6. Check the application form and then submit it to the respective officer in the QDB office. The address is mentioned in the office locations & contacts section below.
  7. Now the authorities will verify your application and your business planning.
  8. After verification process, you will receive an SMS or Email for further processing.

  1. To apply for QDB Ithmar (Seed Funding) Program through online, visit the following link: online portal
  2. After visiting website, please select “Apply now” hyperlink which is available on the top corner of the right side.
  3. Now complete the form with necessary information and you can upload the required documents mentioned in the required documents section below. Then choose “Seed Funding” option from the “Service you are interested in” menu and select “I Agree on these terms and conditions” then click on “Submit” button.
  4. Now the authorities will verify your application and validate the submitted documents.
  5. After verification process, you will receive an SMS or Email for further processing.

  • Applicant shall submit a request to the Qatar Development Bank to apply for QDB ithmar (seed funding).
  • QDB will finance up to 90% of the project (10% financed by the entrepreneur) with a maximum investment limit of 900k QAR per startup.
