Procedure

Apply In-Person

1. To apply No Objection Certificate (NOC) for opening lockers, applicant has to visit the General Directorate of Public Security Department at Ministry of Interior (MOI) office

4. Here the applicant will be issued with an application form to fill by the respective officer.
5. Now complete the form with the necessary information and make sure you have all the documents in hand that are listed under the “Required Documents” section of this page.
6. After filling the form, attach the documents mentioned in the required documents section below with the completed application form.
7. Pay the appropriate fees and submit the application form, required documents, and payment receipt to the respective officer in the public security department office.
8. Now the authorities will verify your application and validate the submitted documents.
9. After the verification process, the processing of the certificate of loss will commence.
10. The applicant will be later notified to collect the no-objection certificate on the same day or next.
