Procedure

Apply In-Person

1. To amend business event license, applicant has to visit the National Tourism Council (NTC) office.

3. Applicant has to visit the National Tourism Council and obtain the application form from the respective officer.
4. Now complete the form with necessary information and make sure you have all the documents in hand that are listed under the “Required Documents” section of this page.
5. After filling the form, attach the documents mentioned in the required documents section below with the completed application form.
6. Check the application form and then submit it to the respective officer in the National Tourism Council (NTC) office. The address is mentioned in the office locations & contacts section below.
7. Now the authorities will verify your application and validate the submitted documents.
8. After verification process, business event license changed information will be updated.

4. Copy of initial approvals.

6. Copy of event floor plan.
7. Copy of entity’s approval where the event is organized.

Eligibility

• Applicant must be listed as either owner, partner or authorized signatory on the commercial registration.
• Applicant who has valid Qatar ID card is eligible to apply.
• Applicant who has valid commercial registration is eligible to apply.
• Commercial permit and establishment ID must be valid for at least one day on the day of application submission.

Fees

• A fees of QR500/- applies for this services.

Validity

• Establishments shall submit an application to the National Tourism Council (NTC) to amend the details of a business event license, according to the rules and requirements associated with it. The following types of data can be modified: Basic data, Product data and Site data.
