Procedure

Apply Online:

1. To Renew OWWA e-Card, the applicant has to make the application online via link
2. Enter all the necessary details for the registration process.
3. Select the regional office from where the applicant needs to get the e-card.
4. And enter further details, and click the “Submit” button.
5. Also, upload all the necessary documents mentioned in the “Required Documents” section of this page.
6. After completing the details and click the “Submit” button.
7. The applicant will get the e-card tracking number.
8. The applicant will get the confirmation message through email or SMS.
9. After receiving the application, the concerned authority will check the submitted application and document set. If all are in place, the application will be accepted.
10. Then the application will be processed further.
11. Once the process gets completed, the applicant gets a call from the office regarding the application.
12. For further process, the applicant has to follow the instruction given by the officer.
13. The applicant will receive the card from the office or through the mail.
14. This entire process can be completed within 15 - 30 days or as per the timeline advised by the respective department authority.
