Apply In-Person:
- To Apply for Registration (POCB-Philippine Overseas Construction Board), the applicant has to approach the Construction Industry Authority of the Philippines link
- An application form will be provided to the applicant by the concerned officer.
- The applicant has to fill in all the necessary details in the application form. (Incomplete applications are not accepted)
- Make sure that the applicant has attached all the necessary documents that are mentioned in the “Required Documents” section of this page.
- The applicant has to attach the photocopies of the required documents along with the application form while submitting.
- Submit all the documents with the completed form to the concerned officer.
- The applicant has to pay the prescribed fee as requested by the authority.
- After receiving the application, the concerned authority will check the submitted application and document set. If all are in place, the application will be accepted.
- The POCB will evaluate the application based on the eligibility requirements and the completeness and accuracy of the submitted documents.
- If the application is approved, the applicant will be required to attend the OFW Orientation Program conducted by the Philippine Overseas Employment Administration (POEA).
- The orientation program is designed to provide information on overseas employment, labor laws, and other related topics.
- After the orientation program, the POCB will notify the of the results of your registration application.
- This entire process can be completed within 15 -30 days or as per the timeline advised by the respective department authority.

Required DocumentsEdit
- Accomplished the application form for registration with the POCB
- Photocopy of your Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) ID or a government-issued ID
- A certified true copy of your Professional Engineer's License or Architect's License
- Updated curriculum vitae (CV) or resume
- Certificate of employment or contract showing your relevant work experience in the construction industry
- Certificate of attendance and completion of training on the Overseas Filipino Worker (OFW) Orientation Program (if required by the POCB)
- List of completed projects as a project manager or supervisor
- Other supporting documents may be required by the PCAB.
