Apply In Person
- To Apply for Plant Nursery Accreditation, the applicant has to approach the Bureau of Plant Industry (BPI), National Plant Quarantine Services Division link
- An application form will be provided to the applicant by the concerned officer.
- The applicant has to fill in all the necessary details in the application form. (Incomplete applications are not accepted)
- Make sure that the applicant has attached all the necessary documents that are mentioned in the “Required Documents” section of this page.
- The applicant has to attach the photocopies of the required documents along with the application form while submitting.
- Submit all the documents with the completed form to the concerned officer.
- The applicant has to pay the prescribed fee of Php 1,000.00, non-refundable.
- After receiving the application, the concerned authority will check the submitted application and document set. If all are in place, the application will be accepted.
- Once the verification process gets completed, the officer will contact the applicant regarding the application.
- For further process, the applicant has to follow the instruction followed by the officer.
- This entire process can be completed within 3 – 4 weeks or as per the timeline advised by the respective department authority.

- Cooperative Development Authority (CDA) Registration Certificate
- Location map, layout plan, and photos of the nursery
- Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) Certificate of Registration
- Certificate of training on nursery establishment and operation including plant material certification (issued within two (2) years before the application

The following are eligible to apply for accreditation of plant nurseries:
- Government institutions
- A natural person (sole proprietor) and
- Juridical persons (Partnership, Cooperative, Association, Corporation)

- The applicant has to pay the prescribed fee of Php 1,000.00, non-refundable.
