Apply In-Person:

  1. Applicant should submit their request to the respective Police station or district magistrate/Deputy commissioner/Collector.
  2. Following link provides contact details: Odisha Police
  3. Following link provides contact details: Link please select the district name to reach district portal. In the given page, select menu option “ABOUT DISTRICT > Who’s Who’’ for respective contact details of District Magistrate/Deputy commissioner/Collector Contacts]
  4. Please go to your area police station or the district magistrate office and meet the concerned authority to apply. Based on their advice applicant shall submit the application addressing the designated authority (Inspector of police law and order/District deputy commissioner/Collector).
  5. Please obtain the respective application form or write on a A4 sheet as advised.

  7. Please submit the completed application along with required documents.
  8. Please submit the completed application along with Xerox of all documents as mentioned in the required documents section of this page in two sets.
  9. Submitted application and documents will be checked by authorities. If all are in place, application will be accepted and signed Xerox copy will be returned to applicant as acknowledgement for the acceptance of application.
  10. Accepted application will be processed internally to get respective clearance, NOC, permission and comments from respective departments.
  11. Once all the formalities are completed on satisfactory grounds the competent authority may grant the permission in the specified “Form-B”

  • The competent authority may deny the permission for the reasons to be recorded in writing to convey the organiser.

  2. In the given page go through the instructions and click “Register” option to get a new page.
  3. In the citizen registration page please complete the prompted details and click “Submit” button to register and then login.
  4. Now go back to the home page and click “Logged In” option.
  5. Applicant will be taken to a new screen. Please use your user name and password at prompted space and complete other prompts as appropriate. Finally click “Login” button.
  6. Once login please update your profile, photo, Identity proof, address proof etc,. Fill the request form with mandatory fields and submit using the right option.
  7. After submission, applicant gets alert trough SMS and email.
  8. Applicant shall print the system generated acknowledgement for future reference.
  9. This application will be processed further. Applicant will get notification from the department.
  10. Please follow the departments notification and guidelines to get the permission.

  • As per governments updated norms in terms of how many days in advance from the date of holding such procession or assembly the application should be made.
  • Those who are 18 years and above are eligible to apply
  • Should be a Indian citizen.



FeesEdit

  • Payment of charges and fees will be levied as per state norms with respect to the type and size of procession.


ValidityEdit

  • The permission granted by the authority will valid for the said date and time.
  • In case of any change in government decision with respect to unseen emergency, the permission can be revoked.

  • The hospitals, Schools and other educational institutions should be avoided as far as route of procession.
