Apply In-Person:

  1. To apply for replacing Lost, Damaged Community Based Organisation Registration Certificate (CBO) in person, the applicant has to make an application at the Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs) Branch in the Federal Ministry of Education.
  2. The address and contact details can be found in the following contact link
  3. Visit the Ministry office with a written application for replacement of a Community Based Organization Registration Certificate.
  4. Make sure that you have all the documents listed in the “Required Documents” section of this page.
  5. Attach the required documents with the written application.
  6. Then, proceed to submit the application package to the relevant authority at the office in person for further processes.
  7. After successful submission, pay the cost of application and for the reissue process as directed by the officials.
  8. On receipt of the stipulated payment, the agency will start the assessment of the application and verification of the attached documents.
  9. If the application and attached documents are found sufficient, the officials will proceed to reissue the certificate of registration.
  10. Once all the necessary processes are over, the applicant will be informed through phone or email to collect the new Registration Certificate.
