Procedure

Apply In-Person:

1. To apply for renewing an Aerial Aviation Services Permit in person, the applicant has to visit the office of the Director General of the Nigerian Civil Aviation Authority (NCAA).

3. Visit the NCAA office with an application letter made in writing and duly signed by a person authorised by the applicant to request for an Aerial Aviation Services permit renewal.
4. Make sure that you have all the documents listed in the “Required Documents” section of this page.
5. Then, proceed to submit the application package to the Director General at the office in person for further processes. Pay the application fee as directed by the concerned authorities.
6. After submission, the completed form and corresponding documents will be put into further verification and validation processes.
7. Once all the processes get completed, the authorities will make necessary steps for the permit renewal process.

• Any individual or organisation, which has been already issued with a Permit for Aerial Aviation Services that requires renewal, can apply.
• The entity that seeks renewal must have been regular in paying the utilization and annual fees.
