Apply In-Person:

  1. To obtain a Toll free number in person, the applicant has to visit any nearest office of the network operator or authorised vendor/dealer of any network service provider in Nigeria.
  2. Visit the office of the network operator, approach the relevant counter and ask for the procedure to apply for a Toll free number.
  3. Follow the instructions of the person in-charge and complete the application format (if any) issued by him/her.
  4. Fill the form with your details as required and also attach the documents as required by the network service provider.
  5. Submit the completed application form with the required documents to the relevant person in-charge and you will have to choose a plan with respect to your convenience.
  6. Pay the required fees at the cash counter at the office and the concerned official may have to capture your data for identification purposes.
  7. After that, the applicant will be issued with the toll free number as per the availability and the number will be activated within some time after the request.

  1. To obtain a Toll free number online, the applicant has to visit the official website of the network service provider of his/her choice.
  2. Search for the website of the chosen network service provider in the browser and open it. Locate the option to buy a toll free number and make a click on it.
  3. You will be displayed with the relevant fields to be filled.
  4. Enter the required details in the appropriate fields, you will have to provide your personal or business email address as applicable and the number which you want the calls to be forwarded to.
  5. Also enter the other details as required and click the applicable option to proceed. Choose a plan and make the payment by following the onscreen instructions.
  6. Within sometime, your request will be approved and the number assigned to you will be activated.


Apply Through Call

  1. To obtain a Toll free number through call, you have to visit the official website of the network service provider of his/her choice.
  2. Search for the website of the chosen network service provider in the browser and open it. You will be displayed with the number which has been assigned for obtaining toll free numbers.
  3. Make a call to that number and the person in-charge will ask you for your details required for assigning you a toll free number.
  4. Co-operate with him properly and you will be assigned an available toll free number.
  5. Then, you will have make payment for the chosen plan and submit the proof of payment by any applicable means.
  6. Within sometime, your request will be approved and the number assigned to you will be activated.
