Procedure

Apply In-Person:

1. To apply for Port Terminal Entry Permit or License in person, the applicant has to visit the office of Terminal operator in Nigeria.
2. Various terminal operators list and their website links can be found in the following contact link
3. Visit the office of respective terminal operator office and obtain an application form for Port Terminal Entry Permit or License from the relevant department.
4. Make sure that you have all the required documents listed in the “Required Documents” section of this page.
5. Complete the application form as required with necessary information and attest with your signature.
6. Then, attach the documents required with the completed form proceed to submit it to the concerned official at the Office for further verification and application processing.
7. Also pay the required fees for the application process at the office as directed by the officials.
8. On submission of application and successful payment, necessary examination processes will take place.
9. Once all the necessary processes are over, the exporter is issued with the Port Terminal Entry Permit.
