Apply In-Person:

  1. To be able to supply water in tankers in Delhi, the applicant will have to register with the Delhi Jal Board.
  2. The applicant can only apply at a certain time of the year after the announcement has been made in all leading news publications in Delhi.
  3. The applicant will have to apply to the address mentioned under the “Office Locations and contacts” section of this page within 30 days of the publication of the notice.
  4. Alternatively, the applicant can also keep track of the announcement on the official Delhi Jal Board website.
  5. Here is the Delhi Jal board
    Note: Click on “Information” on the left side of the page, and click on “News”.
  6. The applicant will need to procure an application form from the respective office.
  7. Enter all the relevant information and submit the application form along with attested documents, the documents that are needed is mentioned under the “Required Documents” section of this page.
  8. The applicant will have to pay fees, find the information under the “Fees” section of this page.
  9. Once the application form has been submitted and approved, the applicant can collect it from the office as will be told to them by the authorities.

  • Valid permits for plying of the vehicles in NCT of Delhi for non-Delhi registered vehicles.
  • Documents regarding the hiring of water tanker vehicles and delivery points from the recipient of water.
  • Document in support of permission for filling water tanker from the authorized owner of the water source mentioned in the application.
