Procedure

Apply online

1. To Get a Permit or License for Direct Sales, the applicant has to make the application online via link
2. If the applicant is a new user, the applicant has to click the “Click here” button.
3. Enter the valid email Id and click the “Submit” button.
4. The applicant will receive the link in the given email.
5. Click the given link andc create the password and click the “Submit” button.
6. Enter the email ID and password click the “Sign in” button.
7. The applicant has to click the “Direct Sales” button.
8. The applicant has to enter all the details in the application form.
9. Complete the declaration and click the “Submit” button.
10. Upload all the necessary documents mentioned in the “Required Documents” section of this page.
11. The applicant has to pay the prescribed fee as requested in online mode.
12. After receiving the application, the concerned authority will check the submitted application and document set. If all are in place, the application will be accepted.
13. Then the application will be processed further.
14. All the updates on the application status will be sent via SMS to the applicant’s mobile number.
15. Once the verification process gets completed, the applicant gets a call from the office regarding the application.
16. This entire process can be completed within 3 – 5 weeks or as per the timeline advised by the respective department authority.

Apply In Person

1. To Get a Permit or License for Direct Sales, the applicant has to approach the Financial and Consumer Services Commission link or Canada Revenue Agency link
2. An application form will be provided to the applicant by the concerned officer.
3. The applicant has to fill in all the necessary details in the application form. (Incomplete applications are not accepted)
4. Make sure that the applicant has attached all the necessary documents that are mentioned in the “Required Documents” section of this page.
5. The applicant has to attach photocopies of the required documents along with the application form while submitting it.
6. Submit all the essential documents along with the completed application form to the office.
