ProcedureEdit

  1. If you are 14.5 years old,
    1. You must be enrolled in a State approved traffic education program so that you can obtain a traffic education learners license allowing you to drive a car with the supervision of the instructor who is at least 18 years old.
    2. This license has the same life span with that of your driving class.
  2. If you are 16 years old and older,
    1. You must have a 50 hours of supervised driving experience
    2. Must pass the three tests at a driver exam station : Written, vision and driving.
    3. Must not driven between 11pm and 5 am .
    4. For the first 6 months, you must only have one unrelated passenger- under 18 years old in your vehicle,unless supervised.
    5. Next 6 months, you must only have one unrelated passenger - under 18 years old, unless supervised.

  2. For under 16 years old, traffic education learners permit.
  3. Proof of identity and a legal resident of the United States of America
  4. Certificate signifying that you have passed the three tests at a driver exam station : Written, driving and vision.

  2. You will be issued a Traffic Education Learners License that will permit you to drive a car with the supervision of an instructor.
  3. This license will expire at the same time with that of your driving class.
  4. If you are 16 years old, you can obtain a learners license after passing both the written and vision test.
  5. You must always wear a seatbelt.
