  1. To Obtain Support for Craft Promotion at Fairs and Exhibitions, the applicant has to approach the National Institute of Indigenous Peoples. link
  2. Develop a well-written project proposal that outlines your craft promotion objectives, target audience, the fair or exhibition you plan to participate in, and the expected impact. Include a detailed budget that covers expenses such as booth rental, transportation, materials, and promotional activities.

  4. An application form will be provided to the applicant by the concerned officer.

  7. The applicant has to attach the photocopies of the required documents along with the application form while submitting.
  8. The applicant has to pay the prescribed fee as requested by the authority.
  9. Submit all the documents with the completed form to the concerned officer.
  10. After receiving the application, the concerned authority will check the submitted application and document set. If all are in place, the application will be accepted.
  11. Then the application will be processed further.
  12. This may involve evaluations by expert committees, industry professionals, or representatives from the funding organization.
  13. If your project proposal is approved, you will enter into a funding agreement with the organization providing the support. Carefully review the terms and conditions, sign the agreement, and ensure compliance with reporting and accountability requirements.
