Apply In Person

  1. To Obtain Permit or License to Provide Port Services, the applicant has to approach the Secretariat of Infrastructure, Communications and Transportation link
  2. An application form will be provided to the applicant by the concerned officer.
  3. The applicant has to fill in all the necessary details in the application form. (Incomplete applications are not accepted)

  5. The applicant has to attach photocopies of the required documents along with the application form while submitting it.
  6. Submit all the documents with the completed form to the concerned officer.
  7. The applicant has to pay the prescribed fee as requested by the authority.
  8. After receiving the application, the concerned authority will check the submitted application and document set. If all are in place, the application will be accepted.
  9. Then the application will be processed further.
  10. The issuing authority will review the application, assessing the information provided, verifying qualifications, and evaluating the applicant’s compliance with regulations and standards. This may involve technical assessments, inspections, or interviews.
  11. If the application is approved, the applicant will be granted a permit or license to provide port services. The permit or license will specify the authorized services, any conditions or restrictions, and the duration of validity.
  12. Ensure ongoing compliance with applicable regulations and standards. Periodically renew your permit or license as required by the issuing authority.
  13. This entire process can be completed within 2 weeks or as per the timeline advised by the respective department authority.
