Apply In Person:

  1. To Obtain a Certificate of Registration for Industries, the applicant has to approach Direccin General de Normas, Secretaria de Economa link
  2. An application form will be provided to the applicant by the concerned officer.
  3. Ensure that the applicant has attached all the necessary documents mentioned in the “Required Documents” section of this page.
  4. The applicant has to attach photocopies of the required documents along with the application form while submitting it.
  5. Submit all the documents with the completed form to the concerned officer.
  6. The applicant has to pay the prescribed fee as requested by the authority.
  7. After receiving the application, the concerned authority will check the submitted application and document set. If all are in place, the application will be accepted.
  8. An acknowledgment receipt will be provided. Please save it for future reference.
  9. Then the application will be processed further and all the updates on the application status will be notified through email or by SMS.
  10. Once the process gets completed successfully, the applicant gets a call from the office regarding the application.
  11. The officer will come for a site inspection.
  12. Upon completion all the process, the applicant will get the certificate from the office.
  13. This entire process can be completed within 3- 4 weeks or as per the timeline advised by the respective department authority.

Required InformationEdit

  • Name and Nationality of Fideicomitente (Setler).
  • Name of the Credit Institution (Bank) that will act as FIDUCIARIA.
  • Name and nationality of FIDEICOMISARIO (Beneficiary) and in due case, of the substitute FIDEICOMISARIOS.
  • Term of the Fideicomiso.
  • Type of use that shall be given to real estate.
  • Description, location and area of real estate subject to the FIDEICOMISO.
  • Distance of real estate to restricted zone.
  • Annex that contains the measures and the areas next to the real estate.
  • Payment of the legal rights for the amounts established in sections III and V of the 25th article of the Federal Law of Rights, in any banking institution through the form number 5 of the Tributary Administration Service (SAT).
  • Original and copy of the application form.
  • Proof of citizenship, and
  • Documentation demonstrating that the person will be so engaged and describing the purpose of entry.
