2. Applicant has to book a Medical appointment for phone calls.
3. The applicant Provides the ISSSTE membership number or beneficiary information, as well as the personal details.
4. The customer service representative will guide them through available appointment dates and times. Choose a suitable slot.
5. Once the appointment is scheduled, the applicant will receive confirmation details over the phone.

8. The applicant's appointment will be confirmed by email.
