  1. To Apply for the National Registry of Integrating Company, the applicant has to approach the Ministry of Economy link
  2. Obtain information about the National Registry of Integrating Company, including its purpose, eligibility criteria, and required documentation.
  3. Ensure that your company is legally registered in Mexico and complies with all relevant business and tax regulations.
  4. An application form will be provided to the applicant by the concerned officer.
  5. The applicant has to fill in all the necessary details in the application form. (Incomplete applications are not accepted)
  6. Make sure that the applicant has attached all the necessary documents that are mentioned in the “Required Documents” section of this page.
  7. The applicant has to attach the photocopies of the required documents along with the application form while submitting.
  8. Submit all the documents with the completed form to the concerned officer.
  9. The applicant has to pay the prescribed fee as requested by the authority.
  10. After receiving the application, the concerned authority will check the submitted application and document set. If all are in place, the application will be accepted.
  11. Then the application will be processed further. All the updates on the application status will be sent via SMS to the applicant’s mobile number.
  12. If the application is approved, the company will be entered into the National Registry of Integrating Company, and a registration certificate or document may be issued.
  13. Ensure compliance with any ongoing requirements or obligations associated with the registry. Renew the registration as required by the relevant authority.
  14. This entire process can be completed within 15 days or per the timeline the respective department authority advised.

The applicant can apply for the National Registry of Integrating Company (RNPI) in Mexico if you meet the following requirements:

  • You must be a Mexican company or a foreign company that is registered in Mexico.
  • You must have a valid Mexican tax identification number (RFC).
  • You must have a valid commercial registry (RFC).
