Apply In-Person:
- To Request Payment for Parking Fines, the applicant should contact the local authority responsible for parking fines Contact link
- The applicant will need to bring a required documents such as a valid identity card, passport, and they can be found under the “Required Documents” section of this page.
- The applicant will also need to pay the relevant fee for the Parking Fines and bring the necessary documents such as proof of address and other documents.

- If the applicant does not pay the fine, the applicant may face additional penalties such as a court appearance or a referral to a debt collection agency.
- Once the applicant has provided all the necessary documents and paid the fee, the authority will issue to the applicant a receipt.
- This will be proof that the applicant has paid the fine and can be used in case of any disputes.

- To online Request Payment for Parking Fines, the applicant must visit the E-service portal link.
- On the home page, the applicant need to click on the "Payments" tab.
- On the Payments page, click on the "Requests for Payment for Parking Fines" link.
- Then the applicant should Log in to the applicant account using the username and password the applicant created when registering for online services on the website at link
- Once logged in, the applicant will be directed to the payment page.
- Then the applicant must Select "Pay Parking Fine" from the list of payment options.
- The applicant should Enter the number of parking fines the applicant wishes to pay.
- Then the applicant must enter payment details, such as the card type, card number, and expiration date.
- After the applicant will receive an email confirmation of their payment.
- The processing time for depends on the method used to make the payment. If paying by credit or debit card, the payment may be processed and approved within minutes. For other forms of payment, such as cash or check, the processing time may take up to several days.

The eligibility for Request Payment for Parking Fines in the Republic of Mauritius is as follows:
- The person must be a Mauritian citizen or a resident in Mauritius.
- The person must have a valid driver’s license or vehicle registration document.
- The person must have received a parking fine from the relevant authority.

Generally, the fee is Rs. 500 for the first offence and Rs. 1,000 for the second offence. For more serious violations, the fee may be higher.
