- The application form for Postal Vote for Use in Voting on Proposal must be completed accurately and completely with all the necessary data to ensure that an eligible voter can cast their vote in the election.
- The documents required for this application are a valid Identity card, proof of address and a recent passport size photograph and they can be found under the “Required Document” section of this page.
- The application form should be submitted along with the necessary documents to the Corporate and business registration department.
- The applicant must pay the necessary fee as required by the authority to be eligible to obtain a postal vote, and failure to do so will result in them being ineligible for the voting process.
- The Applicant may be required to appear before the Authorities to provide further information and/or answer queries related to the application to ensure that all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and that all relevant regulations have been adhered to.

- A valid ID (passport, national ID card, or driving license).
- Proof of address (utility bill or bank statement).
- A signed statement of intent to use a postal vote.
- A letter of authorization from the voter, authorizing another individual to collect the postal vote on their behalf.
- A copy of the proposal which the voter wishes to vote on.
