Apply In Person:

1. To Make a Search on Companies or Partnerships in person, the applicant should contact the Corporate and business registration department in Mauritius. Contact link

The applicant should provide the A copy of the Memorandum and Articles of Association (M&A), A copy of the company’s registration certificate, A copy of the company’s latest filed accounts, A copy of the company’s list of directors, A copy of the company’s latest annual return, A copy of the company’s Certificate of Incorporation and they can be found under the “Required Document” section of this page.
6. A fee for this procedure is has to be paid as per the authority’s request.
7. Once the application is accepted, the department will conduct a search in their database and provide the applicant with the search results, allowing them to see whether the information they have provided is accurate and complete.
8. The applicant may then review the search results to ensure accuracy and relevancy, verifying that the information provided is both correct and up to date.
