Apply Online:

  1. Applicant can Apply for Your Digital signature Certificate from this MauSign CA website link
  2. Applicant must click on "Sign Up" and select the type of Digital signature Certificate the applicant want to apply for.
  3. Then the applicant must fill in the online application form and upload the required documents and which can be found under the “Required Documents” section of this page.
  4. Make sure that all the information the applicant provides is accurate.
  5. After completing the online application form and uploading the required documents, making his/her payment, and submitting the form.
  6. Then the confirmation email will be sent to the applicant.
  7. Then the applicant will have to call a Registration Authority Office for face-to-face identity verification.
  8. After approval, he/she will receive the authorization and reference codes through email.
  9. The applicant will use the authorization code and reference code to issue the applicant's digital certificate.
  10. The processing time for applying for a digital signature in Mauritius is typically 1-2 days.


Note: The Application will not be approved in case of a missing document or a document is invalid.
