ProcedureEdit

  1. Go to the Medical Center Inter-enterprises.
  2. Proceed to the office of the chief medical officer. A medical certificate will be given to you.
  3. Go to the Town Hall for the District V.
  4. Proceed to the counter for legalization of documents.
  5. Present original copy of medical certificate to obtain death certificate and original birth certificates of (each) child and spouse to obtain certificate of life.
  6. Go to the Court of First Instance.
    1. Submit application for heredity judgement. (Please see below for the required documents)
    2. Pay the consignment. A receipt will be provided to you and you'll be given an appointment for the hereditary judgment.
  7. Go to your appointment at the Court of First Instance and assist to the hereditary judgement. Two witnesses should attend with you.
  8. When approved, an appointment will be given to you when you can get the certificate of heredity.
  9. Present the original copy of the consignment receipt to obtain certificate of heredity.

  • It is advised to submit application documents before 12:00 to retrieve them at 15:00 the same day, instead of the day after.
