Apply In-Person:

  1. Applicant shall visit the respective Sub-Divisional Magistrate (SDM) or the Tehsil or Revenue Departmentoffice and apply.

  3. Please go the respective office. Obtain the application form from respective office. Please pay for the form as appropriate.
  4. Submit the completed application along with required document to the authority.
  5. Authorities after checking the attached documents and details submitted will make entries and provide you record number for reference. This number will also be messaged to your mobile.
  6. Please save it for future reference.
  7. This application will be verified by the respective authorities as per instruction.
  8. There will be a ground level verification and scrutiny of the documents and details provided.
  9. Once the verification is over, these officials will submit their report to the respective thasildhar to decide and issue the Income Certificate to the applicant.
  10. Applicant will get the certificate in 14 days after due verification.

  2. Please go the respective office.
  3. Application can be obtained from the authorities. Please pay for application form as authorities quote.
  4. Submit the complete application along with required documents to the operator in the centre.
  5. Operator will check the details and start to process online using the computer.
  6. Applicant will get the transaction ID for the application made. Please keep it safe for future reference.
  7. This application will be processed by the respective department as per how it will be processed in person.
  8. Applicant will get notification about the status on his registered mobile number that was provided while applying.
  9. Applicant has to go and meet the respective authorities upon notification with documents as instructed to get the certificate as per notified date.



Apply Online

  1. To Apply for Income Certificate, the applicant has to make the application online via the following link link
  2. The applicant has to login with their User ID and password. if the applicant has to click “Register” and register an account.
  3. Next the applicant has to select the service and enter all necessary details in the application form.
  4. The applicant has to upload all the required documents that are mentioned in required documents section of this page.
  5. Review the application and click “submit”. On successful submission, the applicant will receive an application number as acknowledgement. The applicant will also get a transaction number as a text message on their registered mobile number.
  6. Applicant has to make necessary payment and don’t forget to take the receipt.
  7. This application will be forwarded to the respective department for further processing.
  8. ”SMS” triggered update on application status will be sent to the applicant’s mobile. Please keep track of the notification.
  9. The submitted application will be processed by the department. A designated authority (supply officer) will verify the submitted documents and inspect the area of the applicant to clarify the applicant’s details.
  10. Based on the outcome of the above-mentioned steps and other internal processing, the designated issuing authority will decide on the issuance of the Certificate.
  11. The status, viz. Approval or Rejection will be conveyed to the applicant through an “SMS” or applicable norms.

  • Residential Proof: Residential Certificate issued by Local administration office/ Aadhar card/ Passport / Driving License / Ration Card / Govt. Id card / Defence ID Card / PAN Card.

  • Income Proof: Salary certificate, Income proof from competent authority, income tax return acknowledgement.
  • Applicant passport size photograph.
  • 2 different Gazette Officers certification (as per requirement)

  • Affix stamp as advised by authorities if required.
