To renew Contract Carriage Permit in Haryana the applicant has to approach the RTO office to which his area belongs to.

Complete the respective application form from your RTO
Application forms can be obtained from the appropriate RTO offices that can be completed and presented with appropriate fees.
Please make sure you have all the documents that are listed down the “Required Document” section of this page.
Present the completed application forms in one of the counter and pay the appropriate fee where the officials w
ould start processing your application.
Important verifications for the permit includes Vehicle condition, seating arrangements etc., will be carried by authorities.
After checking the vehicle for its correctness and other appropriate requirements the application will be processed.

Apply Online

Use the following link : Parivahan Home page and select “Permit Online” option under Other online services
Select Haryana in the drop down menu and click “proceed”
Please follow the screen and fill in prompted details to process your online procedure
Upload required documents and take printout of acknowledgement.
On the appointment date, go to RTO office before 11:30 am and submit the documents. Once you submit and pay the fee, rest of the procedure will happen as per how you apply in person.

Use the following link : Parivahan Home page and select “Appointment” option under Other online services
Enter the application number as prompted and click “Get user Details” to process online in getting appointment

The applicant has to make sure that all the required documents are in hand to apply online.
In order to renew contract carriage vehicle permit online, please follow the Link Link
Select “Haryana” in the drop down menu against “Please select the State from where the service is to be taken”.
In the next window, please click “Apply Online” to select “Permits” option
The following screen gives you the general information to apply. Here please hit “Continue” to get the next screen. Please select and enter appropriate option and click “submit” at the bottom of the form to process the application.
Please take printout of Acknowledgement

Apply through Centres:

To Renew Contract Carriage Vehicle Permit in Haryana, the applicant shall visit the nearest EDisha / Antyodaya Saral Kendra. Find contacts to EDISHA / ANTYODAYA SARAL KENDRA centres in the Link provided: Link
The applicant may also sign in through the web portal mentioned above and provide the required information for the process.
Procure the application form from the concerned centre and fill it up with the necessary details required for the permit.
Make sure to attach all the "Required Documents" along with the application form before submission.
Provide authorized signatory and photograph, wherever applicable.
Now submit the application to the office of the concerned centre.
On successful verification, the applicant will be notified by the edisha centre.
Obtain the renewed permit from the concerned office.

Registration Certificate of the vehicle.
Fitness Certificate.
Proof of payment of tax for the current Quarter.
Insurance Certificate.
No object certificate from the financier if the vehicle concerned is covered by HPA / Lease / Hypothecation.
Pollution Under Control Certificate
Payment of green tax wherever applicable.

Particular Contract Carriage Permit is the most common type of permit. The permit grants the holder the right to operate under a contract with his client for a specific destination. He cannot pick passengers other than those mentioned in the permit.
This permit needs to be renewed before the validity lapses
