Haryana - Apply for Spa License (Shop and Establishment Registration)

Apply for Spa License, the applicant has to obtain Trade License from their respective state municipal corporation.
Apply Online:
- To Apply for Spa License (Shop and Establishment Registration), the applicant has to make the application online via link
- If the applicant is a new user, the applicant has to click the “New user, Register here”
- Enter all the necessary details for the registration process with the captcha code and click the “Submit” button.
- Enter the login details and click the “Submit” button.
- Select the application from the following list.
- The application form for Trade/ Business License will be displayed on the screen
- Fill in the right credentials in the form and upload the required documents which are mentioned in the “Required Documents” section of this page.
- After uploading all the requested documents (scanned documents), click on the “Submit” icon.
- Once the application is submitted, verification of the documents will be done by the ULB officials.
- After submitting the application form successfully, an automatic unique application number will be generated.
- The applicant will be notified via SMS or email on the registered mobile number and email address for making the requisite payment.
- Then, the applicant has to fill out all the requested payment details.
- Then, click on the “Make Payment” icon to make the payment online. A receipt will be generated as an acknowledgment slip for the amount made.
- Once the payment is received, the competent authority will verify and issue the Trade license.
- The entire process can be completed within 30 days or as per the timeline advised by the respective department authority.
Apply In-Person:
- To Apply for Spa License (Shop and Establishment Registration), the applicant has to approach the State Municipal Corporation link
- An application form will be provided to the applicant by the concerned officer.
- The applicant has to fill in all the necessary details in the application form. (Incomplete applications are not accepted)
- Make sure that the applicant has attached all the necessary documents that are mentioned in the “Required Documents” section of this page.
- The applicant has to attach the photocopies of the required documents along with the application form while submitting.
- Submit all the documents with the completed form to the concerned officer.
- The fee to apply for a Local Candidate Certificate in India is INR 35.
- After receiving the application, the concerned authority will check the submitted application and document set. If all are in place, the application will be accepted.
- An acknowledgment receipt will be provided. Please save it for future reference.
- Then the application will be processed further. All the updates on the application status will be sent via SMS to the applicant’s mobile number.
- Once the process gets completed, the applicant gets a call from the office regarding the application.
- The authorities may inspect the spa premises to ensure compliance with health, safety, and labor regulations. They may also verify the documents provided.
- If the application is approved, you will receive the spa license or Shop and Establishment Registration. The license will specify the conditions and regulations you need to adhere to while operating your spa.
