Apply In-Person:
- To Renew for BRV inspection Facility License in person, the applicant has to approach the National Petroleum Authority (NPA) in Ghana Contact link
- Applicants approach the NPA office and applicants can get their application form.
- Applicant has to enter all the information in the application form.
- Applicant must make sure to carry both photocopies and originals of all documents are necessary for completing this procedure.
- Applicant must make sure to carry all the necessary documents that are mentioned under “Required Documents” section of this page. (Both photocopies and originals)
- Application fee details shall be provided by the concerned licensing officer.
- Submit the completed form in two copies along with the supporting documents to the respective office.
- This application will be processed and information will be verified by the NPA.
- If the verification is successful, the notification will be sent to the applicant.
- The applicant after seeing the notification can go to the NPA office and applicant get the renewal certificate.
- Generally, the processing time for this procedure takes 30 to 45 days.
