Procedure

Apply In-Person:

1. To obtain approval for Training Institutions Offering Animal Health Courses in person, the applicant has to contact/visit the Ghana Veterinary Service offices to make the application. contact link
2. Applicant must obtain the application form from the Veterinary Service Office.
3. Applicant has to enter all the information in the application form.
4. Attach the all documents to the forms before submission application to the authority.
5. The applicant should make sure that they are eligible for applying for license by reading through the eligibility criteria that has been listed out under the “Eligibility” section of this page.
6. Please make sure that the applicants have all the documents that are listed down the “Required Document” section of this page.
7. A fee for this procedure is has to be paid as per the authority’s request.
8. Submit the completed form in two copies along with the supporting documents to the respective office.
9. This application will be processed and the information will be verified by the MOFA.
10. The authorities will go through the applicant application and upon verification the application form will be issued.
11. The Processing time for this procedure is 1 day.
