The Ministry of Health, Social Insurance, and National Solidarity in Gabon, Nursing and Midwifery- Registration and Licensing unit; registrar enters and maintains on the appropriate record, the name and address of every person registered under the Nurse Act together with his professional qualifications and such other particulars as may be prescribed by the Ministry of Health.

- The Ministry of Health, Social Insurance, and National Solidarity - Registry office keeps an annual update of all newly registered and still registered Nursing and Midwives. Ministry Contact Details
- A person that wishes to verify a Nursing or Midwife practicing in Gabon registration details can do so by visiting the Ministry Offices - Nursing and midwifery registration licensing Unit, Registry office and request for the service.
- Applicants will be required to supply the registry office with either the name or the license/registration number of the Gabon Registered Midwife their wish to verify/authenticate to facilitate the search.
- After a successful search the applicant will be issued with the following information;
- Full names of the Registered Midwife or Nurse
- Registration number
- Validity of practice license
- Training Information and qualification. Etc.
- With this the researcher can confirm the registration details of the Registered Nurse/ Midwife. The are no fees associated with this service.
