Procedure

Apply In-Person:

1. To Apply for Tender Lease, the applicant must visit the iTaukei Land Trust Board office in Fiji. Contact Link
2. The application form must be obtained from the authorities in the TLTB office, or else it can be downloaded from the website. Application Form
3. Make sure that you have all the documents that are mentioned in the “Required Documents” section of this page.
4. The application form should be filled with necessary details, and it should be submitted to the respective authority in the TLTB office.
5. The details of the Expression of Interest will be registered in the TLTB system.
6. The fee details for the application will be intimated to the applicant while applying.
7. The processing time will be intimated to the applicant while applying.

Eligibility

Any individual in Fiji as well as the applicants from overseas are eligible to participate in the Lease Tender.

Fees

A cheque for the sum of $115.00. (As deposit – only Cheque is acceptable)

Validity

The validity of the Tender Lease form will be mentioned in the Lease approval Certificate issued to the applicant.
