1. To Upgrade Downgrade Your Contractor Registration Category, the applicant has to approach the Ministry of Urban Development and Construction Authority in Ethiopia contact link
2. Applicant has to get the form from the respective office.
3. Applicant must fill-in all the necessary details in the application form.
