Procedure

Apply In-Person:

1. To Request for Inspection of your Food and Drug Premises, the applicant has to approach the Ministry of Food Drug Administration link
2. Applicant has to get the application form from the administration office for inspection.
3. Applicant has to fill-in all the necessary details in the requesting form.
4. Make sure that the applicant has to give the necessary all documents (photocopies and originals) mentioned in “Required Documents” in the section of this page.
5. Submit the application form to the respective officer with the necessary documents.
6. Pay the prescribed fee as per the authority request.
7. Submit the fee payment receipt and the sample in the respective office.
8. Once the testing processes and the verification of documents gets over, the food and drug testing certificate is given to the applicant within the stipulated processing period of time.
