Procedure

Apply In-Person:

1. To renewal for a Veterinary Specialist, the applicant has to approach Ethiopian Veterinary Association contact link
2. Applicant has to get the form for renewal from the respective authority.
3. Applicant must provide all necessary information in the application form.
4. Make sure you have all the documents mentioned in “Required Documents” section of this page.
5. Submit the application form to the relevant office.
6. Proceed to pay the appropriate fee and submit the payment receipt.
7. Fee for this procedure has to be paid as per the authority request.
8. Upon the successful registration, the renewal of license will be approved within 7days.

  • Veterinary specialist certificate
  • Academic certificate
  • Testimonials
  • Registration certificates and practice license as a veterinary surgeon.
  • Completed form
