Procedure

Apply In-Person:

1. To renew an Air Traffic Controller Licence, the applicant has to approach, the Ethiopian Civil Aviation Authority contact link
2. Applicant get the renewal form from the respective office.
3. Applicant has to enter all information that is mentioned under “Required Information” section of this page.
4. Applicant must make sure to carry all documents that are mentioned under “Required Documents” section of this page.
5. Applicant must have both photocopies and originals of the required documents.
6. Applicant should attach the photocopies along with applicant form and submit the application form to the relevant authority.
7. Fee for this procedure has given in the “Fees” section of this page.
8. Upon the successful registration, the renewal of license will be issued within 7days.

Eligibility

• A person in 18 age and above with the complete graduate and experience can apply.

Fees

• Renewal of ATC license (under 40 years – 4000birr).
• Renewal of ATC license (over 40 years – 2000birr).

Validity

• Valid for a period of 1 year.
