Procedure

Apply In-Person:

1. To get license for doctor or dentist general practice license in Ethiopia, the applicant has to visit Ministry of Health, Ethiopia contact link
2. Application is available in the ministry of health office.
3. Applicant must provide all the necessary information in the application form.
4. Make sure that you have all the documents mentioned in the “Required Documents” section of this page.
5. Applicant should carry photocopies and originals of all the documents while applying for this procedure.
6. Applicant should attach photocopies of documents (whichever is necessary) along with the application form while submitting the application form.
7. Fee for this procedure has to be paid as per authority’s request.
8. If all above-mentioned procedures were followed properly, the license will be issued within 2 weeks.
