- To Obtain Water Line Connection, the applicant has to visit the Addis Ababa Water and Sewerage Authority (AAWSA) link
- The applicant has to get the application form from the office to get the water connection line.
- The Front Desk Officer and other officers are always available to guide every applicant on how to fill the form correctly and register completed form.
- Applicant has to attach the documents mentioned in the “Required Documents” section of this page.
- Submit the application form and documents to the respective officer.
- Pay the fee as per the authority request, and submit the payment receipt with the documents.
- The officers will also inspect all plumbing work done by the applicant before affecting any service.
- Connection is given within one day once the pipe laying works is completed.
- The whole process takes an average of 14 days to complete.

- Water it is necessary for our day-to-day activities in our home. Water service lines connect buried water mains to buildings to supply potable water, and sometimes to supply fire protection systems.

- Applicant must be aware of all rules and regulations for changing their officials in Ethiopia.
- Deposit refund shall be payable within three days after closing of account.
- The first bill will be given to the customer within one month from the date of connection.
