1. To Obtain Residence Identity (ID) for work Purposes, applicant has to approach the Ministry of Foreign Affairs location link or the applicant can approach Ethiopian Immigration Nationality and Vital Event Agency location link
2. An application form will be provided to the applicant by the respective officer.
3. Applicant has to fill in all necessary details in the application form.
4. Make sure the applicant has all the documents in hand that are listed under the “Required Documents” section of this page.
5. Applicant has to attach the photocopies of the required document along with the application form.
6. Submit the application form along with the documents to the concerned officer.
7. After successful submission the authorities will verify your application and validate the submitted documents.
8. After verification process, authority will issue the Residence Identity (ID) for work Purposes to the applicant in stipulated period of time.
