Apply In-Person:

  1. To obtain for a Pharmaceutical Wholesale Dealers License, the applicant has to approach in Ministry of health in Ethiopia contact link
  2. Applicant has to get the application form from the respective office.
  3. Applicant must provide all necessary information in the application form.
  4. Make sure you have all the documents mentioned in “Required Documents” section of this page.
  5. Applicant should attach photocopies of documents (whichever is necessary) along with the application form while submitting the application form.
  6. Fee for this procedure is given the “Fees” section of this procedure.
  7. After the verification/ validation of document is done, the board will issue the license within one month.

Any person intending to carry out the business as a wholesale dealer in pharmaceuticals can apply.

Wholesaler license fee is 5000birr.

Validity for the license is one month.
