Procedure

Apply In-Person:

1. To obtain for License to Discharge Treated Waste Water into the Environment, the applicant has to approach Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate change location link
2. Applicant has to get the application form from the respective office.
3. Applicant must provide all necessary information in the application form.
4. Make sure you have all the documents mentioned in “Required Documents” section of this page.
5. Applicant should attach photocopies of documents (whichever is necessary) along with the application form while submitting the application form.
6. Fee for this procedure has to be paid as per the authority request and submit the receipt as a proof of payment.
7. Once the verification of document is done the authority will issue the license in 51days.
8. The applicant is intimated to collect the license once it is ready by receiving SMS or E- mail or you can directly contact the office by the contact details given in the “Office Locations & Contacts” section of this page.
