Procedure

Apply In-Person:

1. Amendment of a Non-Governmental Organization Constitution in Ethiopia is done at the Ministry of Justice Contact link
2. Applicant must provide genuine information while entering details in the application form.
3. Applicant should carry necessary documents that are mentioned under “Required Documents” section of this page (Both photocopies and originals).
4. Applicant must attach photocopies of documents (whichever is necessary) along with the application form while submitting the application form.
5. Fee for this procedure has to be paid as per the authority’s request.
6. If all procedures were followed properly by the applicant, amendment of Non-Governmental Organization can be done within 6 months.
7. If the amendment is refused or has not been done within 6 months, applicant can reach the ministry to know the status of their application.
