El Salvador - Replace Lost / Stolen National Identity (ID) Card

ProcedureEdit
- To replace an ID card that was lost or stolen, you will need to go to a DUI Processing Centre. A link is provided under 'Office Locations & Contacts' section which you can use to search for the nearest one.
- Complete an application form and submit it together with other required documents.
- Pay the replacement fee.

- The ID card to be replaced: if the reason why you are requesting a new card is due to damaged or deterioration of the old one
