Apply In-Person:
- To Submit Non-Governmental Organization Annual Returns in person, the applicant has to approach the Ministry of Social Solidarity link
- Collect all the documents required for filing the NGO annual returns in Egypt. The documents include financial statements, a copy of the organization’s bylaws and regulations, a list of the organization’s board members and they can be found under the "Required Documents" section of this page.
- Register with the Ministry of Social Solidarity. This is a requirement for all NGOs in Egypt and can be done authority.
- Prepare and submit the NGO annual return form to the Ministry of Social Solidarity. This form can be obtained from the authority.
- Submit all the necessary documents to the Ministry of Social Solidarity. These documents include the NGO annual return form, financial statements, a copy of the organization’s bylaws and regulations, a list of the organization’s board members, and a copy of the organization’s registration certificate.
- Pay the fees associated with filing the NGO annual return. The fees vary by organization and must be paid before the filing is accepted.
