Procedure

Apply In-Person:

1. To Submit Non-Governmental Organization Annual Returns in person, the applicant has to approach the Ministry of Social Solidarity link
2. Collect all the documents required for filing the NGO annual returns in Egypt. The documents include financial statements, a copy of the organization’s bylaws and regulations, a list of the organization’s board members and they can be found under the "Required Documents" section of this page.
3. Register with the Ministry of Social Solidarity. This is a requirement for all NGOs in Egypt and can be done authority.
4. Prepare and submit the NGO annual return form to the Ministry of Social Solidarity. This form can be obtained from the authority.
5. Submit all the necessary documents to the Ministry of Social Solidarity.
