Procedure

Apply In-Person:

1. To request an Extract of Official Statement from the Budget book in person, the applicant has to approach to Central Bank of Egypt Contact link
2. Applicant must obtain the application form from the relevant department.
3. Applicant should read carefully in the application form, after all details must be filled in the application form.
4. The applicant has to make sure that he or she has all the required documents that are required for this process to be successful and they can be found under the "Required Documents" section of this page.
5. Applicant should attach photocopies of documents (whichever is necessary) along with the applicant form while submitting it at the office.
6. Payment of appropriate fees should be made and that can be found under the "Fees" section of this page.
7. The fees and charges the government receives for its services.
8. Submit the completed forms along with the supporting documents at the respective office for verification and processing.
9. This application will be processed and information will be verified by the authority.
10. If the application is approved, the applicant shall receive the acceptance to be a supplier within the stipulated processing period.
11. The Processing time for this procedure is 1 week.
