Apply In-Person:

  1. To Get License or Permit for Trees and Plants Business, the applicant has to approach the Egypt Ministry of Health Contact link
  2. Application form should be obtained from the respective office.
  3. Applicant should read carefully in the application form, after all details must be filled in the application form.
  4. The applicant has to attach the photocopies of the required documents along with the application form while submitting.
  5. Also, make sure that the applicant has all the documents listed in the “Required documents” section of this page.
  6. Please refer to the fee's details in the “Fees” section of this page.
  7. Check the application form and then submit it to the respective officer in the authority. The address mentioned in the office locations & contacts section below.
  8. The authority will dispatch an inspector to the facility premises for inspection to determine if Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and Good Storage Practice (GSP) during the packing, processing, storage, labelling, sterilizing, testing, dispatch, quality control, and quality assurance of the products.
  9. A copy of the report finding will be given to the applicant and if any modification or upgrading is required, Corrective Action and Preventive Action Report (CAPA) report will be issued and you will be required rectify the problem.
  10. If all the above mentioned procedures were followed properly by the applicant, the permit will be issued within 2 days to 7 days.
  11. Applicant will get a notification regarding the availability of their permit within 2 days to 7 days, via SMS.
  12. After getting the notification, applicant can visit the office for getting the permit.
  13. If there is no information regarding the license is provided within 2 days to 7 days, applicant can visit the office for getting status of their application.
