Procedure

Apply In-Person:

1. To Get a License or Permit for Albumen Material, the applicant has to approach the General Authority for investment and Free zones Contact link.
2. Obtain the application form from the respective officer.
3. Applicants should read carefully in the application form, after all details must be filled in the application form.
4. The applicant has to attach the photocopies of the required documents along with the application form while submitting.
5. Documents that are needed for this procedure are mentioned under “Required Documents” section of this page.
6. No fees are required for this service.
7. Check the application form and then submit it to the respective officer in the authority. The address is mentioned in the office locations & contacts section below.
8. Now the authorities will verify the application and validate the submitted documents.
9. After completing all the process, the applicant is given a date to return to the authority, on the return date, the applicant must carry his/her cover note issued by the authority instructor to turn in for a license.
10. Authorities will inspect the facilities that are related to the License and if they are satisfied with the standards followed the authorities will provide the authority Permission.
11. Applications take four to six weeks to process on average.

• Completed Application Form
• Copy of Certificate of Incorporation for a company or registration certificate in case of individuals or partnership applicant.
• Certified copies of Form 2, and copies of share certificates of the company directors and shareholders.
• Proof of availability of business premises (written undertaking lease in lieu of agreement or title deed).
• Certified copies of valid for citizens, and passports for non-citizen Directors and Shareholders
• Certified copies of valid work and residence permits for non-citizen managers.
• A cover letter explaining how the business would operate and providing itemized list of goods or services.

• To maintain the license status, the facility shall be inspected annually to ensure that the facility remains in compliance with the license requirements.
