Procedure

Apply In-Person:

1. To Change of Trade Name for Pest Control Product in person, the applicant has to approach the Ministry of Foreign Trade and Industry.

3. Applicant must obtain the application form from the relevant department.
4. Applicant should read carefully in the application form, after all details must be filled in the application form.

6. A fee for this procedure is has to be paid as per as authority’s request.
7. Submit the completed forms along with the supporting documents at the respective office for verification and processing.
8. This application will be processed and information will be verified by the TRADE.

10. After getting the notification from concerned authorities, applicant can visit the office to collect their document.
11. If there is no information regarding the application, then, the applicant can visit the office to know status of the application.
